I am Proud of being a Bengalee (2)

Begalees are intelligent, of highly developed intellect
Some of them brought glory being the Nobel Laureate
 Rabindranath Tagore, the First Indian, and Asian too
In 1913 for literature, Gitanjali the Nobel Prize drew
In 2020, Prof. Abhijit Banerjee  and Dr. Amartya Sen
In 1998 in Economics, the Nobel Prize, they could gain
Mother Teresa loved Calcutta too much from her heart
For oppressed, depressed people she lived and worked
She won the Nobel Peace Prize for her great contribution
For Bengal and then for India, the glory she had drawn
Sir Jagdish Chandra Bose, one of the famous Biologist
First, experimentally proved that life in plants exists
In the Indian subcontinent, he was a famous Physicist
And invented the radio microwave optical technique
