"I Become Your Vessel"

"I know this,
is all part of Your Plan,
even if yet,
I do not understand,
why You do the things,
You do,
but that will never stop me,
from pursuing You.

Lord I am Yours to command,
use rightly and mightly,
all the grains of sand,
in the hourglass of life,
you constructed for me,
for I know there can only be good,
in what You instruct me,
to do for You.

Long gone,
are the days,
of the old me,
who lied,
and to use drugs,
was for why I survived,
because that evil motivation,
only made for a terrible ending,
to my life story.
The new me is here,
to work for Your Glory.

Serving You,
makes my dreams come true,
and puts smiles on faces,
of people I never knew,
who when I become Your Vessel,
hear what they so sorely,
need to hear,
to remind them of Your Love,
and vanquish their fear.

I hold tight,
My Light,
from You I received,
and it glows so much brighter,
now that I believe,
You never meant me any harm,
As You are The Father,
who leads me by my arm."
