I Dream of Snow Angels of Love

As a child we would lay down upon the soft snow covered ground

Lay on our backs and smile and swish our arms back and forth, up and down

Then slowly stand up so carefully not to harm our memory of the angel

On the snow covered ground so lovely, an art to make anyone smile, a child

Created such a small thing, now all grown up we think back to those days

Of a beautiful snow and love in a hot cup of soup, as we run out and lay down

One more time to enjoy our thoughts and dreams, snow angels of love come around

Each year in my heart and my thoughts of you and me playing in the snow

My angel in my thoughts right now I dream
