I Feel Your Energy

I fold my hands to pray and an energy pulls back each of my fingers
Unfolding causing pain to each digit
What kind of power can this be, it does not want me to do good things
Photos of myself with a man friend, all destroyed by lashes of a sharp object
My fancy dresses in the closet all torn and tattered
When I am alone in a room, I am not alone as I feel your energy
I put on my makeup and the mirror steams over and the water drips from the fosset like black oil
Could it be the haunting of the past, a young girl to marry, broke her engagement
Fallen for another, she was found hanging in the attic, her lover found dead in a hit and run
This house has eyes, it watches me dress and undress
As it touches my neck and unzips my gown
Fondling my mind with whispers of desire
I am pocessed by this, and falling in lust with this energy
As it plays with my temptations, I fold my hands once again
