Poem -
I FORGET YOU NOT
I never was able to cradle you, and
my arms still ache, for that embrace
I could`nt sing you lullabies, or give
you dewdrop kisses, to your little face
For you were my child that was born
to soon, no chance to breathe the air
but god must have had his reasons
to take you early, into his loving care
It has been thirteen years since i lost
you, and my tears still drip so free
Mostly when i plant your forget me not`s
under the boughs, of the apple tree
Although i never met you i will feel this
love and loss, a lot
Till we meet again dear angel baby, i will
plant in memory of you always. A forget me not
