I May Be A Dreamer

Living for today, no one to die for, no one to kill, living in peace

No enemy to hate, imagine only love, never feeling sad

Only happy thoughts for the moment, and the world could be as one

I may be a dreamer, but if you stop, and think, wouldn't it be greater, to love thy neighbor

Not to make judgement, not to have jealous feelings, you may say I'm a dreamer

Think of the brothers, the sisters, the children, hand in hand

Learning from each other, the words will all be the same, no one will no a stranger

The sky will always be blue, and if you think about it, somewhere over the rainbow, it is true

I hope someday you'll join in, and find the beauty in life, sharing the bright of the day

And holding onto the stars, the spotlight shine at night, I may be a dreamer, but it is much more fun

I wish I would have been able, to spend more time with you, I miss your laughter, your words, your song, the tunes

I may be a dreamer, but most of us like me, are

Hold onto one another, as long as you can, try to think of living for today

Because yesterday has passed, wishing you well always, and every day
