I Woke

I Woke

I woke today at 6:30am.

I had my usual morning pot of coffee and cigs.

Another day of battling random Bi-Polar thoughts

And the roller coaster of P.T.S.D.

Alone again.

A beautiful morning filled with sunshine and birds singing.

I struggle soo hard to notice.

Chronic depression wrestles me every inch I try to gain.

Let’s talk about you.

I’m up for any conversation.

Soo many hours I find myself alone.

I have amazing insight and experience.

My heart is open.

Walk on in.

Let’s talk about life.

Let’s stay up all night.

Let’s set each others' mind at ease.

Being alone is a lot worse than it seems.
