I'll Grant You This

I'll Grant You This

They don't make 'em like this anymore
In this age of fast paced life style
Cary Grant was the epitome of debonair
Gals swooned at his beguiling smile

Exuding pure charm from every pore
A warmth that invited us in
To taste the warmth of his loving heart
Revelling in charisma therein

All my dear sisters who numbered seven
Would've gone ga-ga for a chance
For just a moment wrapped in his arms
Thrilled in a seductive trance

Was surely a different time in the forties
Of elegance, of sophistication
Gals seemed a lot more feminine then
Emitting their sexual vibrations

Don't make them like Cary Grant today
Now it's raucous rock and roll
Flamboyance and flair assures success
Instead of inner warmth of the soul
