golden powers
slip away into the meaningless procession
possessions break against the toothless shore
empty flags of worldly stains
hang on broken bone mass
coffee cups spill reasons
onto blank message boards

on the last bench
the one which casts a shale cliff
down the grass and scorched feather
I sit
as the program starts
 tears marry my voice
laughter prays beside me

Haunted in beauties early hours
my lips drawn-in pencil sketch
your hands curled
fist so soft

the last walk beyond blue eyes
those empty dreams
so many feelings
nailed to the bitten tree

in this Artery of crushed coal
shaded eyebrow hedges
spread in the purple flowering mist
