Imperfectly Perfect

I'm not the most pretty girl you've seen.
             I know that.
I have frizzy hair,
             It's very curly.
         I wish it was straight.
I don't have a killer body,
                 In fact I'm a bit chubby.
         My teeth are not bright white,
              And I can't sing on key.
In fact,
      I can hardly sing at all.
Every now and then I lose track of time,
                So I show up late.
I'm not funny,
            But I try.
I'm not talkative,
             Because I'm shy.
I blush a lot,
     I blush a real lot.

But,
    Despite all these imperfections,
I have a true and loving heart.
        I will love you,
                   No matter what.
I want to care for you,
         And be by your side.
I can wrap your wounds of your past,
             And tend to you till you are healed.
My patience,
                   Lasts for a long time
                         - If not forever -
             I will wait for you till the sky glows green.
  Because you,
            Are indeed,
                    Worth it.
Don't tell me that you are not worth it.
                                              I know you are.
                Someone should tell you.
                                  That's what I'm here for

            Don't tell me that you are flawed.
Don't tell me you're not perfect.
                        I already know that.
          No one is.
But,
         I love you and your imperfections.
               They make you perfect.
