My Childs World
She zooms around a planet
Fly's straight into a cloud
Plucks a star out of the sky
Falling in fits of laughter to the ground
She soothes a crying baby
Puts out fires in the night
Leads countries into battle
​​​​​​As she so gently rides to fight
She wears a crown upon her head
Makes chocolate pies and lollie ice creams
Works in a grocery storeÂ
In pure sunlight she beams
She has magic powers
Fights crime as an action hero
Builds a city of flowers
Where only she can go
She paints portraits in Paris
Meets aliens from Mars
Sings to adoring fansÂ
Then speeds off in her racing car
Constantly i am remindedÂ
How it was to be a little girl
With dreams as big and as wide as mountains
Like they are in my childs world
