IN THE BEGINING......

 In the beginning, she shines with grace and grace,
Today, tomorrow, with me, in a more splendid embrace,
Dancing through the morn, a shower of gentle rain,
The dawn's embrace upon her face, forever to remain.

As twilight's curtain falls on her shattered mirror's view,
I glimpse deeper within, where sorrows and errors ensue,
Let me extend my arms to hold her in warm esteem,
In her eyes, love's waves flow, an eternal, timeless dream.

But now, in this moment, darkness casts its heavy stone,
Casting shadows of hatred, claiming a harsh throne,
Upon her neck, her shoulders, a holy cross she bears,
Believers may kiss it and offer countless prayers.
