INHALE THE LOVER FOUND

Genius but you're not thinking
breath but you never inhale
drowning as your swimming
stumble into the walking
times no lover when eaten

Blue hearts piled on a table
and purple hearts speed away
graves sink without some sorrow
pain is the dance to save

cautious raindrops
peer from beneath there hallowed clouds
Rembrandt painted faces
stare into vacant lonely crowds
neon ghosts in triumph
declare the gods now found

steel flesh rivers
flow against the burning sound
eaten scented flowers
bowed heads in evenings rented shroud
we all breath
but how deep would we dare inhale

I held my lovers cross
and in her hand a single rock
