Interpretations
We see with our eyes
But not reality
A mental image
An idea
interpretations
A distortion of the truth
A reflection on the water
Ever moving
Ever warping
Shattered
We cling to these shards
These fragments of untruths
With such a deep longing
burning desire
Altering our existence
The lies become our truth
And the new truth our lives.
