A better person there never was,

a worse friend I couldn’t be.

I left her in her darkest hour,

when she most needed me.

For all those who knew her,

adored her from the start.

Her infectious laugh and love for life

flowed like rivers from her heart.

They say to be beautiful,

you must be beautiful on the inside.

Her in and outward beauty,

were traits she could not hide.

So farewell to you my darling friend,

Watch over us from above.
