Jade Rivers Flow

A stone has fallen from the sky, it falls into the native rivers
It brings strength to the weak, it gives food to the hungry
Hope for the future, the spirit of belonging
Accepting all who believe, the green of energy of power not to scorn
A tribal burial ground with mounds of bones lay brittle
As the black crow sits upon the stone, he becomes a Chief
A warrior who seen his people fade away
Who once walked barefoot with his women, children, men
The path called tears, though the spear shall never dull
It is sharpened by stone, it shall rise from the rivers flow
And the native tribes will chant to the sky for a better life
With the jade that heals this empty land
