Josie Miller

Josie Miller

A fatherly touch turned to incestuous lust,

Killing innocence, security and trust –

But it’s only cause  he loves me so much…

Sshh!...Daddy’s  lil   girl,. Don’t  you make a fuss!

Old Father Time steadfastly tread  forward -;

At fifteen, I saw my momma as a coward

Sweet sixteen was bitter, greeting a mocking chant. . .

By then  I’ve become neighborhood’s  resident cunt!

Following, from me, new life would debut…

Stillborn and deformed, in a stinking pub loo

“Good-for-nothing whore!” - Daddy Dearest exclaimed

Momma predictably wailed,. So ashamed!

Sisters o’  the church with Momma , they prayed…

Singing and shouting : ”Devil in her be slayed!”

Hilarious, were they, hysterical was I.

Really?!. . . The bitch still turned a blind eye!

Next phase, as  certain  as  the  blood moon rose,

He came to me…to  his  lil princess he chose-

Momma, you were right…look, Satan is in me!

I have to rip his flesh, so I can be set free.

A body  devoid  of simple life essence. . .

In the moonlight, death had become fluorescent.

Not for him, but for me,  I did weep

Waiting for emotion to stir in me deep.

Never did it come, a feeling…just something..!

Instead resounded an abyss of echoing nothing

Murdered, was  a  lil  girl…so long ago, in secrecy

Compounded  was her grave by a filthy debris

Local newspaper  thriller of a shocking  teenage  killer!

That’s  my current label, -yes  me -, Josie Miller

Friend and foe stand all in judgment. . .

Ridiculous theories, why I my father did bludgeon! *
