Effective from the 1st day of July, this year, WILLIAMSJI MAVELI wishes to venture an annual inspirational poetry project in which he will write a poem each day in the coming months of July till April 2015.  This project includes my 31 poems titled as " May Flowers " and 30 verses titled as "June Showers". This awareness will help other to inspire to write poems and it unfolds in the tradition of poetry writing motivations, inspirations and engagements of poets of all levels, genres, and backgrounds, whether they respond or do not respond according to their whims and fancies.

While a poem a day is my ultimate goal, there’s really no “right” way to participate. What I purse other to write at least a poem a day.  Start today and keep at it, and experiment as you see fit. Focus entirely on sonnets, or experiment with free verse. Participate on your own, or collaborate with others. Good luck to all – WILLIAMSJI MAVELI

• Mist of Love

The dawn mist of love, melts down
to this beautiful Earth, like ice cubes,
scattered, in and around
your red  cheeks.......

The sun beams of lust, grow up
towards the empty sky, like blue diamond’s
shine in full,
at your half opened eyes……

The light music of nature repeats,
in its gloom of passion, like a white dove’s
whispering love songs,
on your cherry lips…..
