JUST SO JOE

In every city or town there is a just so Joe
One of those people everyone will know
Everything must be kept in its proper place
If it isn't right he'd show you an unhappy face

My city's just so Joe is always well dressed
Not a hair out of place as you may have guessed
His sandwiches for lunch are perfectly square
This just so Joe is really too much to bear

A strange thing happened just the other day
Let me tell you all about it and I'll go away
I saw just so Joe get aboard on a busy bus
Didn't have the right change boy what a fuss
