To Know

I feel

I hear

I smell

I talk

I see

I am a rational animal

I am a thinking machine

Through reason, experience, coherence and perception

Be knowledge my aim

Knowledge, wisdom and virtue of an aged man

Man reasoned, one did so by a fire

Skepticism rose like a burning desire

Reality and dreams, but how am I to know

I have hands this I know

I do not doubt

So, I do think

I exist? I exist!

He proclaims

By a master of deception

We therefore must doubt
