Lest We Forget
Poppies they grow
On row, on row
Remembering the bravery
Of those that fought long ago
In the cities and the streets
Across the rivers and the creeks
With Valor and Pride
These men (and women) gave their life
Laid down their bayonets
As tyranny put them to rest
We will remember them.
Lest we forget.
