Life Extreme

Crying, the birth of a child brings happy tears
Laughing, out loud to a comedy show
Singing, in the church choir
Playing, marbles in the playground at school
Shouting, at my brother teasing me
Living, life to it’s fullest
Running, around in circles trying to catch up
Holding, my first grandchild
Letting go, of the past
Feeling, good about myself
Letting go, of the bad times
Falling, in love for the first time
Crawling, on my hands and knees
Praying, for all who are sick
Dying, is not the end
Life, after death it is extreme
