Life less

Though my mind is broken
and broken it shall stay
i have not woken
from the last day

darkness is all i see
though i see nothing 
it sees me
i cannot hear laughter 
even when its near
i cannot awake from this nightmare
this is my fear

i wait and wait
for a chance
to take back my life
just with a glance

when my eyes can see
the world around me
maybe
then i will be ready
