LIFE WITHOUT AN END

LIFE WITHOUT AN END

I tried for years,  to learn to live
But I never learned to die
There's no time to question death
Or for one to reason, why?
I settled for so little in life
As time slipped through my hand
When you fight to exist, it's not living
It's existing through grains of sand
I was wanting and found lacking
I found no peace in which to console
When you're trying to save your own life
You lose both, your life and soul
Dying to self, surrendering
It puts the meaning of life in each breath
Each moment you learn to live selflessly
You become more at peace with death
Death is an opened door, welcoming you
It's just the beginning, my friend
It's the beginning of a beautiful story
The beginning of a life, without an end
