Light house
My brother swore he saw a girl
Sitting up on the rocks on top the hills
But because we were drinking
I thought maybe he’s lying for trills
So said no more drinks for you
Think you drank too much tonight
As four of us lay on the grass
looking at the light house comes alight
A mystery about the light house
For many years have been told
Of two young lost lovers
Whose ghost forever roams this world?
They were suppose to get marry
But he was taken by the sea
And she died on the hill
For love that was not mean to be
People have seen her on the hill
Over looking the light house
In a black and red velvet dress
With long hair falling over her blouse
Wearing a picture locket
Of him in a gold chain
He gave to her as he sails away
To Trinidad, port of Spain
She ask to sail with him
But he promise he won’t be long
He said this is the last time
That he will ever be gone
But he never returns
The storm was much stronger
Now she forever roams these hills
Waiting for him to come back to her
She died alone on the hill
Over looking the beautiful sea
With a light house to the right
It’s where her soul will forever be
