You’ve been one of the biggest blessings of my life
And you will always be in my heart
At first I was scared about you coming into my life
Now I hate that we have to be apart

I thank God for you every day
You became a part of me
No matter what life throws your way
I’ll always be here, you can come to me

This was never my choice
But the timing was just right
You don’t yet have a voice
I’m not in a position to fight

Please don’t ever doubt that I love you
I hold you deep inside my heart
Everyday I constantly think about you
The separation is tearing me apart
