Lily loves a walk not!!

“Mam I’m just walking Lily”
“Okay love but keep away from everybody don’t you be silly”
Away Anthony goes down the street and up a little lane as Lily poos on a path so he scoops it up what a pain
He sees not a soul everybody is indoors as Lily the labrador leads the way home on her fours paws

“I am just taking Lily out” Susie yells
Lily thinks “Crikey moses i have just been out for my walk not again hell’s bells!!”
Susie stops by the river it looks very cold when Lily wades in it shivering she thinks she must be getting old
Susie and the pet mutt are home once more just as Dad decides he needs fresh air and grabs Lily’s lead off the floor

“Come on old lass you and I need a stroll” but Lily thinks not again so she lies down and has a roll
“Lily this is not like you at all” Dad says as he throws worn out Lily a ball
“Yes Dad I am tired out, three long walks in three hours, what is this all about ?” Lily looks up at him as they come back in the back door thinking “Woof, If anyone wants another walk do not look at me coz I am going out any more!!”
