Liquid Gold...

Liquid Gold...

Mother nature is thirsty
She'll reap what she sows
This wasn't what she chose
But her poison was liquid gold
It came to enrich this land
Pouring over poor hands
They dripped on this earth
Like an acid rain purge
They said we had to let her drink
But our humanity was on the brink
This liquid gold was destroying our home
Mother nature should of been left alone
It's corroded every piece we walk on
Every technological choice was wrong
If only we opened our eyes
These planets wouldn't cry
Let's nurture a beautiful soul
So please, no more liquid gold...
