Little Robin

Little Robin

Hi there little robin
Why are you following me
What are you trying to tell me
Perched high in your tree

Are you really an angel
Is your red breast a disguise
As you fly across my path way
And look directly in my eyes

You seem to know when I'm lonely
The way you stand so close
Who are you little robin
I'm sure your a ghost

And even when I'm walking
Your never far behind
Why for just a wild bird
Are you so tame and kind

Who are you little robin
Are you some one from my past
Are you trying to send a message
Of a love that will always last

I used to have a little place
Where I could just be me
A humble field that didn't belong...
