Little sister

Little sister

Little sister, my brittle sister
Yet to lose your glister
Viewing life through curious eyes
Even as it“s just demise and goodbyes
Little sister, my unsullied sister
I don“t have the heart to resist her
To take her Big sister away from her
To ruin her

I wish for her peace more than I wish for my deceaseĀ Ā  Ā

Little sister, my pride and joy
Yet to destroy
I“ll shield you from all anguish
Your happiness is my only wish
Little sister, all young and free
I won“t let her be broken like me
To lose her glister like me
To end up like me

Even if I must fight fate itself, I will never let her hate herself

For your sake, Little sisterĀ
Big sister will stay a little longer
