Lone walker

Shamrain - Raindrops

Lone walker

Lone walker through puddles of time
The sound of rain drops on the face

His mind is out of touch

His heart out of pace

Paved his road to hell under the rain

With the smell of cigarettes and pain

A new born child grew old in a day

Words of flesh cannot describe

What his soul wants to say

He hates the world

But he feels no shame

He wants to love

But he doesn't want the blame

He is damaged beyond repair

Lost through mistakes of his own making

Drowned in oceans of despair

He wins, he loses, thousand times a second

Wherever he goes it's a dark deadend

Glimpse of light he wants to be

Delusion of darkness won't let him see

Every time, every moment, every space

He's just a kid lost his place

Lives in a world of tears and grey

He's out of words, he's got nothing to say

He's not a man

Just a sad fading phrase

I think he's a very courageous man, he is holding on. Even if just by a thread.
I hope he can see a thread of light. Warm wishes,
Bernadete
