LIVE AND DIE AT YOUR OWN RISK

LIVE AND DIE AT YOUR OWN RISK

He has many people who will take you in their grasp...

People who actually believed they would not be there...

You will feel at home surrounded by many who fell for the deception...

Seek and you shall find the truth...

There's a side of Jesus we don't want to see and yet, many will...

Not everyone who says Lord, Lord will be saved...

You can fool yourself, you can fool others...

You can say whatever you want on Earth...

This is where you live...

Whether you believe and whether you don't...

Don't settle before seeking first...

No one will be able to help you...

No not anyone...

You will be what you will...

You will set your direction...

Seek and you shall find...

LIVE AND DIE AT YOUR OWN RISK...

Hugs...

It's not enough just to claim to be a Christian, sparrowsong. There are responsibilities that come along with that title.
Doing for others.
Putting the needs of others before our own.
Proclaiming during the threat of adversity that you DO believe Jesus died and was risen in three days.
Refrain from casting judgement on others.
Professing Christ as our personal Lord and savior.
Living a Christ-like life.
However, to receive salvation, all we need to do is ask.

Hello Dean...

You're right there's much responsibility...

Jesus tells us to look at our own son before judging someone else...

The Bible tells us we are to confront others sin with truth and love in respect...

Bible verses for more specific truths when it comes to the Christian life...

Matthew 7:1-5  Luke 6:37-42  James 4:11-12

There's many Bible verses about judging in righteousness...

Look at the reasons why people always say we shouldn't judge others...

They don't want their sins pointed out that knowingly goes against God...

How can we lose our Salvation?

I will wait for your response...

Thank you for your kind comment and support!

Two common objections to the belief that a Christian cannot lose salvation concern these experiential issues: 1) What about Christians who live in a sinful, unrepentant lifestyle? 2) What about Christians who reject the faith and deny Christ? The problem with these objections is the assumption that everyone who calls himself a “Christian” has actually been born again. The Bible declares that a true Christian will not live a state of continual, unrepentant sin (1 John 3:6). The Bible also says that anyone who departs the faith is demonstrating that he was never truly a Christian (1 John 2:19). He may have been religious, he may have put on a good show, but he was never born again by the power of God. “By their fruit you will recognize them” (Matthew 7:16). The redeemed of God belong “to him who was raised from the dead, in order that we might bear fruit for God” (Romans 7:4).

Nothing can separate a child of God from the Father’s love (Romans 8:38–39). Nothing can remove a Christian from God’s hand (John 10:28–29). God guarantees eternal life and maintains the salvation He has given us. The Good Shepherd searches for the lost sheep, and, “when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home” (Luke 15:5–6). The lamb is found, and the Shepherd gladly bears the burden; our Lord takes full responsibility for bringing the lost one safely home.

I studied for two years to become an ordained minister at Liberty University, sparrowsong.
Let's just say it didn't work out and leave it at that.

People who backslide can hold a lot of guilt...

We allow the elders to teach the children what is true and acceptable...

That can get pretty scary...

High standards are too much to ask these days...

Maybe, History will repeat itself when it comes to the so called old fashioned...

Even if I'm dead...

The way it's going maybe, I'm the only one who thinks it's crazy...

Thank you again...

It is 2:06 Sunday afternoon. I cannot fix or alter 2:05. I cannot plan or count on 2:07.
It is hard enough on me to live Christ like as possible for this moment, with out trying to understand what God "mean't".
I am a subscriber to " Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven." Mathew 18:13
I believe.

Great thought provoking write
John

Hello John...

We don't know the hour that's for sure...

Not only are we not guaranteed tomorrow, we're not guaranteed the minute from now...

Thank you for your kind comment...

Very intense powerful work with dark themes and a soundtrack to produce dramatic discussion.
Hell is for evil and nothing or no one else, so is not relevant to the vast majority of souls who care and share in work and play.
Judgement Day before God separates evil from good or the more "flexible" souls, condemning it without delay. The rest of the souls have either freedom of choice in the afterlife to determine their path ( good souls), or receive lessons in more appropriate conduct, in relation to others, (through further experiences) if they have failed to convince they can treat fellow travellers fairly in all circumstances of living.
Hell is designed for souls or demons who are inherently evil , with no argument on the balance of their outlook.
Those, here, who say what souls are bound for hell are worthless in nature because they pretend to know Gods will. It is Gods decision alone who is sent into the abyss ON JUDGEMENT DAY !! (NOT A SOULS.)
Interesting work indeed helping to clarify the afterlife in terms of religious tradition.
Thanks for sharing.  :)
