Love forever

Love forever

Don't you dare leave me
We had a deal, you told me so
I was to go first,
Don't pretend you didn't know

I thought we had forever
But time has tricked us all
Too busy making memories
Didn't know when we would fall

You gave me everything my love
I want another fifty years
I commit your touch to memory
As you wipe away my tears

This is not goodbye
Its "see you in a while"
Just wait for me my darling
I won't be far behind

Don't tell me life goes on
It ends with with your last breath
Where you go I'll follow
Love forever,  after death
