Poem -
LOVE MURDERS ALL
The light bled through the window
searching this room for escape
while love crept away in dawns sleepy vale
death remained in question
this answer lay on the golden scale
Light bleeding through the velvet night
slept in corners retreat
and love nailed to doorways
held hands with a darkest fate
Light now pleading to enter
sleep a virgins mistake
love counted in silk favours
while petals rained on her face
The murder came crawling as light deceived
sleep was masked blood a crimson cape
love laughs in the hours
mistreated misunderstood
silver the dragon's breath
a shroud for the hood of the cape
Light came smiling
through daggers are drawn
death is the grinning
love our murder all
