In Love With a shooting Star

In Love With a shooting Star

I fall into the lightness of my being.
you catch me in you flashing lights.
They dazzle my eyes leaving me
frozen like a deer
in the headlights of a car.
I stand fixed way too grounded as always
but you free me
with your speed and brightness
Then I hang on to the comets tail of you
holding you as tight as I can.
and travel into the vastness of the galaxy.
.Seeking all possibilities
I know we are not the same
you and I.
I know that you scare me
with your dreams.
But I hang onto to your shooting star
and ride with you to the heavens.
And I know if I ever fall down to earth.
I will look up at your beautiful stars
and say I have been there
and it was you
who took me.
