Luna

Luna

Luna arise beyond falls
Shimmers afar enthralls
Luminescence her phase
Stars above allot praise

Adorn darkened veil
Spent stars languish pale,
Her kingdom remiss
Glowing goodbye kiss

At twilight she’ll reign
Dawn her solitary bane
Ornate in celestial cocoon,
Β Shielded by man on moon

By day she sleeps
As sun slowly creeps
Impatient to arise.
To drape stardust in your eyes
