Make the right choice

Can't stop the nightmares of children dying every where. The futures mired in guilt because in the end no one cares! 
Everyone is to busy blaming and not thinking as another stray bullet takes a child just now as you were blinking.
Have we no sense of right or wrong,
How much longer will we let this go on.
Body's are piling up as we dig still more small graves and The wisest elected people do nothing, have they no shame.
The times have changed and so must we,
Yes there's violence in games and on tv.
There's the MMA where we like to watch people bleed, It seems we've become more violent from all these planted seeds. But we can't go back so the path forward has to change, stop handing out tools for killing we have to turn this ugly page.
The government's greed how rich do you need to be that you are now cashing in on the souls of children can't you hear there screams.
Every time another child dies a thousand guns get sold, the call goes out they'll take your guns and so you sell your soul. The peddlers of death the manufacturers of the macabre make sure your pockets stay lined with gold, will it ever grow old. I weep for the son's an daughters, the mothers and fathers, raise your voices dear sisters and brothers. change has to come but first stop pointing a finger at all the sinners in This senseless loss of life there can be no winners. New idea's and shared  responsibilities, by now there should be two or three of these. instead we sit on our hands disobeying God's commands, we continue to murder our fellow man, at some point we have to take a stand to secure our future, we now deal in wounds that can't  be healed with a suture, one shot can end a life and your daughters dreams, continuing this path our tomorrow's are spoken for it seems. Do we really want to live in a world where every single person where's a gun and killing becomes sport something we do it just for fun.
It's not a big leap from where we are now, can you imagine the ratings of that tv cash cow.
The writing is on the wall and can no longer be ignored, we have to stop hiding our eyes as we lift our dead children bodies from off the floor.
The reality of this new norm is here will we stand and fight or again hang are heads in shame and fear. Our children are looking to us
Tears in there eyes, pleading for there lives. will you turn your back or stand and make our leaders give there blood money back. Can't you here the still sad small voice, whispering please father please, make the right choice.
