Master Of My Fate
Thoughts keep racing through my head
Of how I'd like my life to be.
There's so many things I'd like to do
So much I'd like to see.
I've barely started to live my life
Although I'm thirty-eight.
I plan to go full speed ahead
I don't believe it's too late.
I'll ask my questions, watch and learn
And practice each new thing.
I'll rock-'n-roll, expand my soul
And hear my spirit sing.
I'll be the Master of my fate
And sail my own ship.
I'll finally set my spirit free
And sail from the slip.
Although I am just starting
I know I'm not too late.
I'll now go off adventuring...
The Master of my fate.
