Poem -

Misery

So Misery decided to pay me a visit the other day.
Now usually I don't let Misery in but Misery came disguised as my family and friends.
People that I have known and loved all my life.
Misery spoke truth and lies to hurt me.
I may be wrong be I swear I think I seen Misery laughing at me through tears.
Misery came and took pieces of my heart that can never be replaced.
Misery had me so hurt and confused I almost thought that death maybe  a better fit but I would never leave my Babies.
Yes, Misery definitely had me feeling some kind of way.
When Misery decided to finally leave I wiped the tears away and told Misery that they would Never be Welcome in my home again!
Not even Disguised as my family and Friends.

I like how you compatmentalized Misery and put it out the door.  It may show up again sometime, but you know where the door is. So tell Misery not to let the door hit him in the ------- on the way out.
