Poem -

Misery

Locked in my own misery but there's no key made for this door, no cracks found in the surfaces, no exits to explore
I'm shackled by the past and every day my demons feast,
Sometimes I look in to their eyes and in their eyes I see the beast,
Im tempted by destruction, close my eyes and stop to care, I wish to feel emotion but the truth is its not there
There are times I think back to the days my path crossed with a blade, sometimes I wish I missed that hand and in the end was never saved
