POEM TITLE: CONFESSIONS OF A LEAF
BY HONORABLE POETESS MAAYA DEV

Rhythm of breeze propels the leaf
and help sketching its own canvas.
With its fragile dry brush
it picks carefully its own shades
while kissing air of desire as if
breathing life to have a rebirth
to rejoice in its own unconquered spirit.

Your face is like an ever green leaf,
Both eyes are gazing above for a relief,
Wet lips whisper prayers of true belief,
Faith becomes deep rooted olive tree,
Love sprinkles dew drops to all, so free,
Your life has now turned to be a Poetree
May I build a nest on a tree for a dove,
And to spread the leaves of pure love.
So, always add, never, ever to subtract,
In life, go for good, do not distract,
Let all your fallen green leaves be mine
as long as your olive life tree define
shades are created by the thick legs
for the mother earth made her begs
To find out over why we all fall in love
And leaves down to earth, not sky above
And also to ask how we all stay to feel,
And also ask how the green leaves heal
