A Moment

I had a moment
so my family formed a circle
with their hearts
to protect me.
It was beautiful to see.
They said good stuff
and helped sort the rubbish in my head.
I love them for that.
They couldn’t get rid of it completely
but it's sorted
and moved from the back to the front.
Waiting for the bin men.
