Poem -

Mothers Day

To find the words to help me

I asked the Lord above.

To give me something from heaven.

That would express a daughter’s love.

The first thing he gave to me.

To my great surprise.

To see what all you’ve given.

He opened up my eyes.

The next thing I received from God.

Was a voice to say it true.

To say the words. I wish to speak.

To, Tell your mother. I love you

The last thing was a piece of sun

But I couldn’t give that to you.

Then God told me just to wait.

And he would tell me what to do.

And when the time had come.

The Lord showed me the way.

To take that piece of sunlight.

And make it your special day.

" Mothers day " by the esteemed Poetess  is an excellent imaginary, spiritual vision in a verse. My applause. The conclusion of the poem gives a heavenly touch. Thanks for sharing
