My Destiny

My Destiny

I rise and fall, succeed and fail
I try to be great but time will tell
At times I try too hard to be
But yet and still it's my destiny
I run into burning buildings when others run out
Jump in front of bullets placing my own life in doubt
When trouble comes it's me that's reacts you see
But yet in still it's my destiny
My strength is rare and my courage intact
Turn blind eyes to danger, while fear I lack
Guess you can say I'm a hero but see
Yet in still it's my destiny
I am the voice for those who can't speak
The eyes of truth for those who refuse to see
I stand for others who believe in me
But yet in still it's my destiny
So whenever danger arrives
And others attempt to put fear into the eyes
Of the ones who can't fight, there u will find me
Because It's my calling, my destiny
