My Kids

My Kids

kids are strange or atleast mine are,
the wierdest people i've met by far.

Β Their little faces all Β confused,
"why doesn't daddy like our poo?"

They have boundless energy and never tire,
they always try to play with the fire.

With no sense of danger they scare me rotten,
and they would only choke if i wrapped them in cotton

Always fighing and shouting, screaming and throwing,
and the worst thing is they dont stop growing.

My kids can do a lot, in just a short while ,
but those liitle monkeys always make me smile

Hi Simon,

I loved this piece and five stars, liked and pinned. We have four boys and two girls, all grown up now and thirteen grandchildren so I know what you mean with this very enjoyable piece. Well done for a very well written and well thought out lovely poem.

God bless

G xx
