My wardrobe could cry...

My wardrobe could cry...

Empty hangers were once dressedΒ
Different sizes, I'm not impressedΒ
Who lives in these very few clothes
A shirt from a skinny self, years agoΒ
It looks like I'm doing timeΒ
My poor wardrobe could cry
My daughter said "dad this looks bad"Β
But nothing fits and I'm rather glad
I could do with a fresh look and trim the fat
I'm thinking about a waist coat and a trilby hatΒ
She said "ok dad, we could work with that"Β
So now I've got my very own fashion guruΒ
I just hope I don't end up looking like LuluΒ
I'm a man! Grr...!
"Dad, please don't make me laugh!"
At least your hobo days are in the pastΒ
Poor little wardrobe, no need to cry
Clothes are coming your way, so wipe your eyes...
