November lockdown

The wind howls,
A dog growls.
Leaves rustle
Nocturnal foxes tussle .

People still.
Losing hope and will.
Covid soars.
Silence roars.

The world sighs
Silence cries .
Fear strengthens .
Lockdown lengthens.

Lockdown is the signal of a useless (or local) government
So many rogue politicians are exposed in this pandemic

Thank you for your response. I’m grateful that it provoked a reaction from you. There is so  much concern and uncertainty and terrible personal loss, it affects us all in some way.
Stay safe and well
