Nursery Crime

Nursery Crime

Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake, breakers man,

Break me a mom, as fast as you can;

Pat it, prick it, and mark it with B,

Put her in the hospital with baby sis and me.

I’m realizing more and more as I grow that our goal isn’t to learn how to live life but it’s how to live with ourselves. Once we can do that then life becomes second nature. We can’t fix ourselves externally, we can’t look at ourselves as broken, we have all of our own pieces, we have to desire the will to become whole. I’m still coming to grasp with my childhood as I realize how much it bled over into my adulthood by avoiding the tough memories, thank you for your support.
Poetry has done wonders for my transformation and efforts to piece myself together in a way I can be proud of. ❤️Rob
