Off

Took as much, as could be carried, not  out staying  the welcome.

Took as much as anyone could bear, not that it was nothing. 

Taking away the years was easy, added up to staying in the fire. 

Felt a bit off, off course, off the edge, put off by most. 

Panic attacks rendered opinions of uselessness. 

You snap back and then snap out. 

Straight lines are difficult to walk on.

That tight rope round ones neck. 

Off to one side those who appear so called normal. 

Ask for help but can't tick the boxes. 
Mental health problems are caused by social services, no money for the so considered uncooperative. 

Attacks of violence and heart are sudden attacks, just like panic. 
Who is not so forefront. 

Off to doctors who have no consistency of care, not the same face in the surgery.

Paper cost... high doses of medication. 

Quick fix, so next is not kept waiting. 

Off , puts people off, when they get the nerve to ask, only to be not believed.

Not heard, not the fire, not the fry pan, not without trauma. 

Sticky plasters on the gaping wounds off panics edge.
