Poem -

OH TO MY SOCKS AND SLIPPERS

oh to my socks and slippers
with out you my feet would be so cold
I would miss my socks and slippers
there like family to me don't you see
ever night I take my socks to bed
I take then off and in the night
I wake up and look for my sock
and say there they are and say
hello socks in the morning I wake
put on my socks get out bed  and look
for my slippers I find them and it is happy
reunion and feet are happy agin

Lol...There are just some things in life that make the difference...and something as simple as socks that keep our feet warm are a nice greeting each morning to slip on....Great ode!  Made me laugh.  xo ;)

Greg!
Wonderful tribute to, arguably, one of the smelliest pieces of laundry!
I think you have a wonderful, yet slightly deranged, connection(KIDDING!) with our favorite foot coverings.
This one's  going to be tough to de feet!
Great job!

You're welcome, Greg.
You're a really good guy. I'm glad we became friends on here.
